What a driver recruiting website actually costs.

Three real tiers, and why the cheapest one is usually the most expensive once you count the applicants it loses.

Template builder (Wix, Squarespace)

$200–$1,000

Fastest and cheapest to launch. The application usually lives behind a generic contact form, page speed suffers on the mobile connections most drivers apply from, and there's no structured data for Google for Jobs. Fine as a placeholder, weak as a recruiting tool.

Best fit: Testing the waters before committing to a real recruiting push

Custom recruiting site (what we build)

From $800

Built around the application, not a generic brochure — the form is above the fold, loads fast at a truck stop, and carries Google for Jobs structured data so openings appear in the free jobs panel. Priced by page count and features, not a flat package.

Best fit: Actually running paid recruiting campaigns and need the landing page to convert

Full custom recruiting portal

$8,000–$25,000+

A complete system — application tracking, driver accounts, integration with your dispatch or HR software. Right for carriers recruiting at real scale across multiple terminals.

Best fit: Large fleets with recruiting volume that justifies a full system

Common questions

Before you ask

Is a custom site actually worth it over a template?

If you're spending real money on ads pointing at it, yes — a slow, unoptimised landing page loses a meaningful share of the applicants those ads paid to bring in. If the site is just informational and you're not running paid recruiting, a template is a reasonable starting point.

What drives the price up or down?

Number of pages, whether you need multiple job-posting pages (one per opening, for Google for Jobs eligibility), integrations with an ATS or dispatch system, and whether you want a driver-facing portal versus a single recruiting page.

Does the price include ongoing hosting and updates?

Hosting is typically a small separate monthly cost (often under $20/month on platforms like Vercel). We quote whether ongoing content updates are included or billed separately based on what you need, upfront.

How long does it take to build?

A single recruiting landing page is usually live within one to two weeks. A multi-page site with job-posting structured data and ATS integration runs three to six weeks depending on scope.
